Instructions:
- Add 3 cups of water to you pot
- Allow water to come to a rolling boil
- Add 1/2 cup of Flax Seed to your boiling water
- Stir occasionally.
- Note: place the wooden spoon across the pot to prevent mixture from boiling over.
- After approximately 5 minutes remove from Heat.
- Allow to cool
Process:
- Once Mixture is cool and at desired thickness
- Put Caster Oil 1oz(1/8 cup) in a glass bowl
- Use a glass bowl to catch the mask while straining
- Place the mask in the sieve or cheese cloth and begin pressing or squeezing.
- Finally you will end up with about 5-6 masks!
Storage:
Store the mask in a jar or container in the refrigerator. I will have a shelf life or roughly 2 weeks.
Application:
For best results use 1 to 2 times a week. Apply desired amount to face and neck. Leave on at least 30 min. You may move around freely. I usually do chores, read, or meditate. Rince face with a clean towel and enjoy the results!
